ISCC Self-Declarations
The Self-Declaration for the delivery of food waste published on this website forms a valid and binding part of the Service Agreement between ReFood UK and its Customers.
The Self-Declaration is incorporated into the Service Agreement and shall be effective from the date the Agreement enters into force. It is valid for a period of one (1) year from that date.
Unless the customer submits a written objection to ReFood no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the end of the calendar year, the Self-Declaration is considered to have been confirmed and will apply to the following year under the terms of the Service Agreement.
